Get rid of the whole damn thing.

It's a dumb system. It has gotten so overbearing, so complicated, so impossible to understand, that literally, literally no one understands it.

It is so dense, so complicated, that you can have one person say your taxes are fine, and have another person say that you have violated the laws. Guess what? They’d both be right.

The code is too damn deep.
